Online Training What is it?
With the technology available today, the concept of effective 'distance training' has become a reality. No matter how many miles separate you and your trainer, you can now accomplish anything that previously required more traditional training methhods. For the cost of about 2 hours of traditional personal training, you get an entire month – that kind of value is impossible to beat.
Other online trainers use cookie-cutter software programs to minimize the amount of time they have to spend thinking about you. They develop a huge client base this way to maximize profits while diminishing the amount of actual training time. If your trainer has 150 or more clients, how much time per week do you think is devoted to you? When you receive your weekly update, how much thought was put into that? Is it really customized, or are 130 other people getting basically the same plan?
I deliberately keep my client base small. All the tools I use, I created myself. The member's site was thoughtfully constructed to provide you with unique information and tips. My inbox is always open and my phone is always on. Contact me as frequently as you need in the way that works best for you.
A successful training program consists of more than just a list of exercises and a number of calories to eat per day. You will have easy, consistent access to me so I can keep you motivated, help you find that menu item at the restaurant that is in-tune with your diet, and help you discover and change progress-halting habits.
It's important for me to know when you can fit in your exercise during the day, as that has a dramatic effect on what you eat and when. Are you always hungry at the worst time? Are those sugar cravings doing you in? Does your job make it difficult to get more than one meal in during the workday? We can work together to come up with creative solutions to these and other common problems.
All online training programs begin with a comprehensive assessment that is the basis for the entire program.
