My training philosophy can be summed up pretty easily - I train in the way that works for you and gets results. This means focusing on moves and routines that are enjoyable, difficult without feeling impossible, and fresh. Regardless of what late-night infomercials might tell you, no workout style or plan works for everyone - my job is to find out what does work and then implement that in such a way that keeps the body guessing and keeps the results coming.
I train out of O3 Health and Fitness in Asheville, North Carolina. The large 2500 square foot facility is well-equipped with everything you need for an exceptional workout. Complete with a selection of free weights, machines, cables, and ample floor space - you'll never feel limited or that your workouts lack variety.
O3 offers an intimate, semi-private atmosphere with a great sense of community. There are also no membership or signup fees to use the facility. You schedule your sessions with me, show up, and we get to work immediately.
