Ok, so I’ll readily admit this is a ‘Christmas workout’ only by virtue of when it’s being posted. There is nothing thematically cool about this. You’ll need a timer, deck of playing cards, and one dumbbell (5-10lbs).
Draw a card, perform the exercise that matches the suit for the number of repetitions on the card you drew (2-10, Jack=11, Queen=12, King=13, Ace=1 minute).
Keep the Jokers in the deck – if you draw one, the next card gets doubled.
You’ll do Phases 1 & 2 for 16 cards each, phases 3 & 4 for 10 cards each.
