I recently had a great personal trainer, until he moved to North Carolina! Darin Starr worked with my 51 year old body  for six months and caused tone and muscle to occur in places that have not known strength in years! I miss him terribly and hope he returns to Oregon soon!

Darin is an ACSM certified trainer in Asheville, North Carolina. He works with clients 1-on-1, with partners and small groups, and also teaches group fitness classes.
